Important Information

Times - The School Day




School sessions are:

  • 9 A.M. to 1 P.M. - for Nursery, K.G. & 1st

  • 8 A.M. to 12 P.M. - for 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th

Parents are encouraged to bring children to school on time.
Children arriving late will be given a Absent Mark and parents will be informed if the frequency of "Absent Mark" is too high.

Uniform & Study Material
The school provides all the required and necessary uniform & study material for the students (actual expenses to the borne by the parents.)
In addition it is essential that all children from Nursery to 1st standard should have a extra pair of clothes for emergency, which includes a t-shirt, shorts & socks.

School Transport
Children living over 10-15 kms from the school, whithin the catchments area, are entitled for transport. A Normal transportation fee will be charged for this facility.
Parents will be informed about their nearest pick-up & drop-off points & time.

Home Work
As being a day boarding the home work will be done in the school only. Students are given their books note Book on Students So that Parents can keep a watch on the children's progress.

Physical Education
All classes have regular Physical Education lessons each day. We make full use of the hall and outdoor play ground of the school.

Extra Curricular Activities
We offer a wide Variety of extra curricular activities that help students imbibe valuable lessons in social development and responsibilities. Diverse activities like sculpture, music, dance, theatre, creative writing, debate, & horticulture and encourage students for all round development.

Packed Lunch
Students should bring a packed lunch to school. Please support us in our efforts to teach children about the importance of healthy eating, by providing a well-balanced packed lunch-sweets and chocolate should not be included.

Absence
Please telephone or write a note to explain absence, if children are unable to attend school. If we have not heard from you, we will contact you by telephone.

Emergencies
If a child is injured or becomes ill at school, every effort will be made to contact parents. Please ensure we have an up to date contact details at the school office. If we cannot establish contact, the principal has authority, in loco parentis, to take appropriate action in the interest and welfare of the child.

Security
In the interests of security, we ask that parents who need to visit the school during the day call first at the school office. All visitors to school are expected to sign the visitor's book so we are aware of who is on the premises.

Parents How can you help
We value our relationship with parents. we aim to be as open and honest with you as we hope you will be with us. If we are to do the best we can for your child then we must work together in as atmosphere of trust, respect and understanding.

We will keep you fully informed of your child's progress throughout his/her time at our school and we will approach you if we have any anxieties. We encourage parents to telephone or call into school whenever they need to talk to a teacher.
